Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post with tracking.
Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirming the placement of your order.
An email will be sent from roofrack.ie once it has been processed and dispatched from the premises - last dispatch usually takes place at 4:30pm each day.
Enter your tracking number in Parcel Tracking to check the progress of your order (* please note, Tracked Priority Deliveries 24-48 hour time frame applies from the time the order leaves our premises) . These times refer to working days only (i.e. not weekends).
